Every LuckyStitch purchase comes with our 100% satisfaction guarantee! In the rare event your merchandise is flawed, we will replace the affected items.
10-Day Returns:
Replacement requests must be submitted within ten days of receiving your order.
Free Replacements:
Once your request is approved, we'll issue replacements for the affected merchandise. We'll cover the cost of shipping the replacement items.
Exceptions:
We will only issue replacements for merchandise that is visibly flawed, or if the decoration is different from the artwork files you approved.
