Who We Are
LuckyStitch is a sister company to Kelli's, a national wholesaler of general merchandise for gift shops and other retail stores. With 40+ years of experience sourcing retail merchandise, we understand the importance of quality products and reliable vendors.
Built Better
LuckyStitch was built out of necessity. Through Kelli's, we saw an opportunity to offer custom branded apparel to gift shops — but we became frustrated with unreliable third-party decorating services. After struggling with low‑quality embroidery jobs, order delays, and communication issues, we decided to build something better.
Most custom merch companies outsource embroidery and other decoration methods, leaving them vulnerable to delays and poor‑quality print jobs. Our strength lies in our in‑house advantage — we handle all decoration and fulfillment at our facility in Coppell, Texas.

Our 200,000‑square‑foot facility houses over 35 state‑of‑the‑art machines, alongside dedicated finishing, packing, and shipping areas.
